HOW IT WORKS

Care Character evaluates candidates on seven essential care qualities, offering a range of reports to support both hiring teams and candidates. It includes a tailored report for candidates and detailed reports for hiring managers, featuring recommended values-based interview questions and guidance for development discussions with new hires.
